Nightmare stay in a dream location
1.0The location is a dream with an amazing view of the Alps and flat per se would be perfect if it was properly maintained.
− There was no light or electricity on the main bedroom during all the stay which made the room useless after sunset plus having at the entrance of the room exposed energy cables that were a danger. We Couldn’t close the bedroom door for 3 nights until we found the lost key which meant no privacy in there. Dinning table had to be treated nicely as every time you lean on in felt it was going to fall apart. Main door handle fall off so we got stock inside for a bit while we momentarily fixed it. Wi-fi was useless we even got a nonpayment advertisement when trying to connect which meant we had to contract extra cellphone data to be able to partially work from there. The Cou&Cou management team never managed to send someone to help and although they said they would look into some sort of compensation they later refused to do so.

7.0Location was great, very clean and comfortable. Champoussin is a wonderful village. Would definitely recommend as a great option for a small family.
− Lighting in the main bedroom was a bit low. Kitchen didn't seem to have a bread knife. PDF guide wording to find the apartment was a little confusing (it wasn't clear which building the apartment was in). Instructions on how to use the TV and DVD player would have been appreciated.

6.0Loved view , location was good , shame resort was shut with no communication to let me know it was shut . Enjoyed apartment, bedroom was very dark even with lights on ! Couldn’t locate a ski room or our locker . I’m not moaning just letting you know ...really enjoyed my stay 💥
