4.0The environment, location, and rooms are all great
− But I still haven't received my deposit 15 days after checking out. I emailed customer service and they said it had been refunded, but when I contacted the bank, they said there was no such refund at all. The way the deposit was collected is really confusing.And I only have phone as a way to contact them, which has caused me a lot of trouble

− Only problem was flies, but that is consistent throughout Grindelwald. Needed to kill about 15 flies before getting an undisturbed night’s rest.
