4.0The location and view from the balcony were great. The barbecue was also a nice addition. The bedding was clean.
− It was incredibly difficult to make payment. It took hours out of our holiday trying to do so. I’m not sure why we couldn’t simply have been sent a link at the outset, as eventually happened. It meant we lost the best part of an afternoon in Santiago. Once we arrived, the views were great. But … the crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment didn’t feel clean. They were rusty and stained. Generally, it all felt a bit tired and frayed. The owner was responsive and very nice but, ultimately, the place was somewhere that has the potential to be amazing, but unfortunately isn’t.
