− El aseo del departamento muy malo, baño con hongos, llaves de lavamano y lavaplatos mala, sillas del comedor muy sucias el aseo en la cocina muy malo no provocaba ni cocinar ni para el desayuno. MUY MALO EL ASEO

Localização boa. Apartamento aceitável. Problemas com o chuveiro. Aquecedor a parafina.
6.0A localização era razoável. O condomínio OK. As distâncias em relação à área central era curtas. De lá para o shopping Arauco fiz em 20 minutos. Gosto de caminhar. Internet boa. TV boa. Condomínio seguro. A cidade parece ser segura. Dispensei o carro alugado e andei à pé tranquilamente.
− O banheiro tinha aquecimento intermitente, as vezes água muito quente, as vezes gelada. E se regulada no registro, aí esfriava tudo. A TV era muito boa, mas faltava pilhas no controle, aí eu não sabia se não funcionava ou se era pilha. No penúltimo dia lembrei de pegar pinhas num mercadinho. Deve ser costume da região, mas eu não acho seguro usar aquecedor queimando parafina descarregando gases dentro de casa. Eu passei mais frio do que na montanha. Deveria ser elétrico e por cômodo. Mas aí é decisão do proprietário, mas a informação poderia estar na descrição.
