10.0I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and clean and the staff at the reception were helpful and welcoming.
− The mattress wasn't very comfortable at all, I could feel the springs. However, they gave me a topper which helped and the rest of the stay was great.

Good location and great value for money
8.0Great location. 10 minute walk to Grandview Mall and 2 minute walk from Fashion Tianhe. Lots of Restaurants around the area. Staff was great and helpful. I needed to ship out a parcel and they took care of it.
− Common areas like the lift and outside corridors were a bit rundown. Inside the unit was fine though.
