8.0El apartamento cuenta con servicios como piscina (de agua fria, por lo que si el dia es frio no es muy agradable), parqueadero, gimnasio, wifi, lavadora, nevera y TV, y tiene una bonita vista a Santa Rosa de Cabal.
− Faltan detalles de mantenimiento: la cortina de la habitacion de la mitad está dañada y deja entrar luz continuamente, y en la habitacion principal hay una humedad en la parte inferior de la ventana.
