− Al ser un segundo piso, en la sala se siente bastante calor. Si bien hay ventiladores y está claro esto en las condiciones de alquiler, es algo que podría mejorar.

− The location of the apartment is very poor, more than 5 blocks away from river. Only the bedrooms have A/C. Overall it feels unsafe.
