It was a perfect casual spot to stay at a fair price.
8.0Amazing location near the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Property was very spacious and clean.
− There was a noise coming from the roof. We thought it was the tree branches hitting the roof and they pruned the tree but that didn’t stop the noise. Probably a unique issue with our unit in the ocean / west side of the complex but the noise was significant then it was windy and I wouldn’t pick that unit again unless the noise issue was addressed. It kept us up on some windy nights.
A perfect place for couples or families to enjoy Playa Guiones and the surrounding area!
9.0Location was great! Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kevin and the Hotel Norte staff were amazing!
− Unfortunately the pool was being renovated during our stay, but we were welcome to use the Hotel Norte pool instead.

The ideal place to rest and enjoy life in Guiones/Nosara.
10.0Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush nature, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are spotless, with a beautiful pool and common areas decorated with great taste. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cool, with thoughtful details everywhere. A key highlight was the host’s attention: always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed, making the experience even more special. It truly feels like a hidden paradise in Playa Guiones!
