10.0Location was great. Apt was very nice. pool was great too.
− There was a mix up with the taxi we booked through Concierge service used by this rental, and the driver took us directly to the Hotel instead of to the location of the Concierge station, and the PIN key provided through the Booking.com reservation was not correct. After 30 minutes of waiting by the door, we were able to find a friendly local who spoke both Spanish and English, who helped us make an international call on our US cell phones and reach the concierge service and get it straightened out. Also, the food served at the pool bar/cafe is really bad. Stay away from that.

Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
