Lovely home close to all amenities. Pretty tight for a family but certainly doable for a couple. Communication was excel
7.0Property was clean and the main living area was cozy and practical.
− The bed was to big for the bedrrom, quite small when try navigating around wall decor. The rug was in the way of the door opening and closing which was a bit of a frustration.
Disappointing
4.0Cute house. Had potential to be great with a little effort by the owner.
− Couldn't even be bothered to put clean sheets on the bed. Clean sheets were left in the corner of the bedroom and we had to put the sheets on the bed. Maybe they could have swept the place before we arrived? We left the place WAY cleaner than we found it.

The lack of aircon made the whole stay pretty horrendous.

− It was extremely hot with no air conditioning and only one fan. It was too uncomfortable to sleep.
Unit was clean and adequate for our short stay.
7.0− Due to adjacent street construction had to detour to arrive at property. Unfortunately, the water was shut off at the street prior to our departure and were unable to use the bathroom or shower. When I spoke to the construction workers, they indicated that written notice of water shut off had been circulated to all affected residents. We saw no such notice in the unit or on our door.
