Never stay there again due to the uncleanness of the unit

Location of unit and the layout of the unit

− It was so dirty I have never stayed in such a dirty place as this was. You could not see out the window they we so dirty and the smell of the unit was awful had to keep windows open. TV didn't work couldn't get full screen on it, TV looked like it had never been wiped down along with the floors and appliances. Under the couch was so much dirt looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee machine didn't work it over flowed all over the conter. Couch was discussing you could feel the dirt in it. The bedroom smelled so bad we couldn't sleep. We would never book with them again which is very sad it would be a nice place if it was properly cleaned

Overall very happy with the experience.

Spacious, clean

− A little confusion over where the downstairs guest and I were to park our cars. Sofa needs replacing, mattress will need to be replaced soon.

The place was clean and each room had a bathroom. The wifi was terrible - very spotty and it didn't work half the time.

− Are you kidding me? I have never felt more uncomfortable in an Airbnb. First it started with a mysterious phone call at 8pm on Friday night October 18 where the owners of the building were claiming that they needed to enter the house for an "emergency" check on the fire alarms -This sounded very shady - My family and I were bowling at the time, but my brother hung back at the house. My niece who heard the conversation called her uncle a/k/a my brother and told him what was happening. I told the lady on the phone that my brother would let the people in. When my brother answered the door, the guy complained that somebody took his parking. What? What parking? My brother had no clue what he was going on about. Nobody showed up for the so-called "emergency". Then, the next day, Saturday, Oct. 19 at 8:30 in the morning, they randomly showed up at the Airbnb DEMANDING to enter the premises for their so-called emergency at 8:30am. I asked them why they didn't show up last night if it was such an "emergency" and they said 'we contacted you to change the time'. I told them that they can't come in as everyone in the house was sleeping. They said it doesn't matter, we need to get in the house. I gave them some choice words and they left saying they didn't want any problems. THEN, around 30 mins later I caught someone sneaking out of the house from a door in the common area/lobby. I freaked out.. what the hell was some lady walking in and out of the premises without asking us if it was okay to pop in, and what the hell were these people thinking that they can just walk in and out as they please? She said they were there to fix the wifi - nobody told me about that. She said the manager sent her a text message that the wifi was down.

Ease of check-in and check-out

− Beds too soft Curtain over from door does not cover whole door and you can see in the apartment. There is a gap under the front door so not good for efficiency of cooling. Bathroom needs some repair. Both shower heads coated with calcium build-up.

Great value for a place to sleep.

Price and convenience are great.

− The beds are far too soft. As well, all the furniture is very low. For someone my age (70ish), it's hard to get up and down.
