2.0Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή για όποιον το κλείσει για το πανεπιστήμιο Λευκωσιας και το πάρκινγκ βολικό. Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό!
− Δεν λειτουργούσε το κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι και είχε και μια τρύπα που έβγαινε προς τα έξω ο σωλήνας χωρίς να έχουν κλείσει. Το σπίτι είναι όλο λειτουργικό με πατέντες. Εχει πόρτες που ενώνεται με δίπλα σπίτι. Για την τραγική κατάσταση της πολυκατοικίας την γνωρίζαμε και μας είχαν πλήρως ενημερώσει οπότε ήταν οκει. Το χειρότερο από όλα όμως ήταν οι δεκάδες κατσαρίδες που σκοτωναμε το βράδυ μέχρι της 4 το πρωί, έβγαιναν από παντού ότι και να κουνούσαμε από τα πράγματα μας έβγαιναν κατσαρίδες. Τραυματική εμπειρία! Χρειάζεται σοβαρή απολύμανση και περιποίηση.
