7.0Pozitivem je jednoduchá komunikace s majitelem, vyšel mi vstříc ve změně času pro check-in. Apartmán je zařízen vkusně a funkčně a je čistý.
− Negativa: lokalita byla hlučnější, než jsem čekala (rušná silnice hned před domem), a v apartmánu bylo poměrně dost chladno i při topení nastaveném na maximum. Bylo by dobré provést drobné opravy - klika od koupelny vypadává, držák na sprchu je uvolněný apod.

8.0雖然要爬半層樓，至少有電梯，住宿地點從火車站搭公車約十分鐘還可以，附近走路十分鐘有超市，廚房配備齊全
− 整棟公寓的樓梯看起來像有點生銹的鐵樓梯，走起來抖抖的，廚房沒有調味料
. Accommodation comfortable but unable to get tv to work. Found batteries flat in one control, but still couldn’t get tv

− Poor instructions on where to get off bus and which direction to walk to accommodation. Had to check with Tourist Information centre at railway station on Which bus stop to get off to find accommodation.Couldn’t get tv to work, no baking dish, no broom, plug got stuck in bathroom sink.
Fijn appartement
9.0Het is een ruim appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Er staan wat koffiecups en theezakjes klaar voor eerste gebruik. Het linnengoed is schoon en er is een wasmachine met ophangrek en strijkplank. Het is sfeervol ingericht, ook qua verlichting.
− Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg. Er is nauwelijks parkeergelegenheid in de buurt; vrijwel alle parkeerplaatsen zijn “Privat”.

9.0Appartement très bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes en bus de la gare de Lucerne donc très pratique. L'appartement est bien équipé, la machine à laver est un plus non négligeable ! L'ascenseur est aussi un plus car l'appartement est au dernier étage.
− Appartement un peu bruyant car à côté de la route, donc beaucoup de passage surtout le soir ou tôt le matin.

8.0Das Apartment ist stylish eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus ist es vom Zentrum in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer.
− Man wohnt halt außerhalb des Zentrums, was aber bei Luzern nicht unbedingt von Nachteil ist.
