− Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war nicht ganz so toll wenn man bedenkt das man noch Frühstück einnimmt.

− Das einzige was fehlte, war ein Balkon und direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Der Preis auf Airbnb war höher als derjenige auf booking für dasselbe Studio.

− Aus-checken ist um 9 uhr. Ist etwas stressig, bessser wäre 10 uhr.
Nice apartment, terrible bed
6.0The room was in an older building but was very nice inside and in a good location. Although small it seemed to have more space than other apartments we have been in. It was very well stocked and had all the amenities necessary. The apartment managers were excellent to deal with.
− The bed was soooooooo soft - we could not sleep well the first night - I ended up on the floor because my back was sore and we both had sore backs for the day after that night. We decided to leave after that night as we couldn't have another super uncomfortable night. It was a real pain having to look for alternate accomm instead of being able to explore Arosa.

7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenzeile grs. prima! Die passenden Patronen für die Kaffeemaschine sind auch da!
− Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig, so dass er permanent läuft und das Eisfach komplett vereist ist. Im Badezimmer ist eine von zwei Glühbirnen defekt, so dass es ziemlich duster ist. Mülltrennung ist nicht vorgesehen -ein einfacher Korb oder Karton für Glass, Plastik und Alu wäre schon gut. Das Bett hat zwei Matrazen aber keinen Rahmen, so dass man als Einzelgast früher oder später in der "Ritze" landet und die Matrazen wieder zusammenschieben muss...
