9.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick vom Balkon ins Tal. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.

Gut gelegene kleine Wohnung zu einem stolzen Preis
8.0Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um Langlauf und Skifahren zu kombinieren. Alles, was man braucht ist zu Fuss erreichbar (Coop, Bäckerei...) Die Wohnung ist an sich gemütlich, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr sauber. Der westwärts gerichtete Balkon war super. Skiraum umd Waschraum zur Verfügung.
− Die Küche ist sehr altmodisch und klein, aber funktionstüchtig. Ebenso das Bad. Man kann sich kaum drin bücken und es würde eine Renovtion benötigen. Funktionieren tut aber alles. Ich fand es gemessen am Standard sehr bzw.zu teuer (Weihnachtsferien). Von der Tiefgarage den Weg in die Wohnung zu finden gleicht einer Odysse. Sehr viele Treppen und diverse Hauseingänge- alles ohne Lift. Wir mussten etwa fünf Male hin- und her.
