Très bonne situation, dans un chouette quartier, tout sous la main, restaurants, supérettes, transports.... Le lac Léman est là, à 50 mètres ! Demandez la Geneva transport card au propriétaire dès votre arrivée, vous vous déplacerez gratuitement dans toute la ville. Jolie vue sur la montagne. Il y a un ascenseur. Le logement est cosy, très fonctionnel, moderne (mise à part la sdb), confortable, très bien équipé. Plusieurs ventilos qui ont bien fonctionné pendant 4 jours ! Volets roulants mécaniques. Très bonnes literies ( dont un grand canapé convertible, facile à déplier). Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais a réagi très vite à mes demandes. Cafetière et capsules de café à disposition, merci ! Pas de bruit à l'intérieur de l'immeuble.

− Pas grand-chose.. Malgré le double vitrage, les bruits de la rue s'entendent beaucoup, mais c'est l'inconvénient d'une grande ville ! L'aération de la salle de bain est insuffisante (odeur de cigarette en arrivant). Une bouteille d'eau au frais aurait été appréciée (il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement!)... Et quelques sachets de thé.

− Street noice, had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. No air conditioning, the fans did not cool the rooms.problems with the water system in the house, temporaryly no water supply.

We phoned, door code advised and the keys were under the mat. So easy compared to our following on flat in Paris. Need to add to front page that local Swiss rules only allow fans no air conditioning due to climate change. The owners/manager of cleaning staff were so helpful providing linen for the extra bed as soon as, and the manager came round and explained how the machines and tv worked. Advsied impossible to break anything. Maps and bus timetables available plus lots of condiments. Very easy access to shop and supermarket.

− Suggest a book with pictures in 3 languages explaining how the machines and tv work.

Excellent location and handy flat for a short or long stay! Close to parks and the lake.

The layout of the flat is comfortable and easy. The location is excellent- close to the lake and also the park, movies, shops, restaurants. We sound it very central. And having the tourist bus tickets was fantastic, we could go anywhere

− It was a bit hot at times but that had more to do with the weather than the flat - it was possible to open the windows and manage the temperature and also there were fans.
