8.0Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, situato molto vicino al lago di Laax, con affaccio sulle montagne.
− Illuminazione, sopratutto dell'angolo cottura, un po' troppo scarsa. Ci sono dei faretti, ma non si possono accendere perché non viene consegnato il telecomando (consiglio di cambiare il tipo di illuminazione se, come mi è stato risposto, il telecomando non viene fornito per paura che venga rotto). Consiglio di prevedere un memorandum, oltre per il check out, anche per la spazzatura, così da evitare agli ospiti di impazzire per capire come funziona (ed evitare "cazziatoni" per strada)

Tolle Unterkunft fürs Skifahren in Laax
9.0Schönes kleines Appartement mit guter Küchenausstattung. Schöner Balkon um im Sommer draussen zu sitzen. Tolle Lage in Laax direkt am See und nahgelegen zur nächsten Haltestelle des Skibus.

7.0Die Lage am See war perfekt und auch die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der ÖV Anschluss.
− Die Wohnung war nicht geputzt als wir eintrafen. Die Reinigung wurde dann 2h (18.00 Uhr) später aufgeboten, nach mehreren vergeblichen Versuchen jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Nummer auf der Willkommensnachricht war anscheinend seit Monaten nicht mehr aktuell. Ansonsten war die Wohnung an sich ganz okay, bis auf die Geschirrabwaschmaschine, welche tropfte (mit dem minimum Programm und nur einem halben Geschirrtabs) und musste mit Schüsseln aufgefangen werden. Laut Vermieterin sei die Maschine vom Mechaniker vor kurzen repariert worden... Mit dem Öffnen und Schliessen wird aber klar, dass dort nichts repariert wurde.
