Modern, well-located apartment with great views
9.0The real estate agent was very cooperative and responsive from the day of booking throughout the entire stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and done remotely without any physical interaction. The building appears to be recently renovated and is conveniently located close to the center of St. Moritz. The apartment comes with designated parking, which is a big advantage in this area. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it very comfortable for a group or family. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location uphill provides a nice view over St. Moritz, and overall the apartment felt comfortable and high quality.
− The elevator in the building is very small and barely fits three people. The apartment does not have curtains, only blackout shutters, which means it is either very bright or completely dark during daylight hours. The price was very high, although this is somewhat expected in St. Moritz, especially during the winter season.
