8.0- Appartamento spazioso. - Ottima posizione. - Ottima assistenza da parte dei proprietari, rispondono praticamente all'istante ad ogni messaggio.
− - La pulizia può essere migliorata. - Andrebbe migliorata la luminosità delle stanze, le lampade presenti non bastano. - Come da descrizione non è presente l'ascensore, le scale sono datate e abbastanza rumorose.

8.0O apartamento é grande e está bem localizado. O local é muito calmo e silencioso. As paragens de autocarros são relativamente próximas.
− A iluminação da sala é fraca, tornando-a um pouco escura, o número de toalhas quer da casa de banho , quer da cozinha deveriam ter sido o dobro, tendo em conta o número de noites que lá ficamos (6 noites) e no duche deveria ter um tapete antiderrapante, pois o piso é escorregadio.
