− Some issues over payment so as local agency had not received money from b.com so I paid locally as in Verbier week end prior. Lots of to and fro but eventually as booking.com had also taken the money a few days before b.com did refund. Due to credit card use and fees this apparent refund was around £100 less than the amount they took. Impossible to get them to fix this. ChAlk up to experience.
