8.0Das Preis-leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Zentrale Lage und doch sehr ruhig. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Kleine Küche, war aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber man hat alles was man braucht.
