8.0− Alguns detalhes fazem a diferença. Pontos positivos como itens de cozinha, mobília, etc. Mas pequenos detalhes poderiam ser aprimorados: Ventilador quebrado em meio a uma onda de calor é terrível! Luzes das luminárias ao lado da cama queimadas; na hora de se preparar para dormir fazem falta. Tirando isso, tudo certo, ótimo!

8.0Cozinha completa, localização tranquila a beira-mar, dicas de mercados e passeios.
− Travesseiros e lençois ruins, um ventilador não funcionava, torneira do banheiro pingava direto, pintura precisando ser refeita, porta de entrada arrastando no chão, esponja de louça partida ao meio (q economia, é essa?). Pelo preço da diaria esperava uma casa em melhores condições.
