9.0Apartamento com muita claridade, iluminação natural em todo o local, muito bem cuidado e mantido, as acomodações (camas, móveis, eletrodomésticos, acesso a internet via Wi-Fi), tudo funcionando em ordem, corretamente. Local extremamente limpo e confortável. Área externa ao prédio (torre), muito bem cuidada, local agradável e silencioso. Infelizmente não foi possível aproveitar a piscina por causa do clima no período da hospedagem.
− Falta de elevador no edifício para os andares mais altos, em caso de querer se hospedar com pessoas com falta de mobilidade ou idosas. Pagamento desde o exterior. Para hóspedes fora do pais (Chile), o Booking deveria deixar bem claro com antecedência que não é possível o pagamento com cartão de crédito externo, nem para reserva, nem para pagamento completo. Ou o próprio Booking deveria disponibilizar tal opção via pagamento com cartão internacional externo ao Chile, para facilitar e garantir a reserva.

10.0Me encantó el departamento, la ubicación, la tranquilidad y la amabilidad de los guardias del recinto. Mencionar también lo cómoda de las camas, y full equipada la cocina Lo recomiendo al 100%
− Al ir con niños y por varios días nos hubiese gustado poder ocupar la lavandería, pero entendemos que no depende del anfitrión sino que dependía de los residentes del lugar.
