4.0The staff on location were great, and the beach was just steps away
− No TVs, mattres were on bad conditions (you can feel the springs), bed sheets almost transparent, bedframes moved (which made ti a hazard to sleep on it) we have to put mattres on the floor, no kitchen utensils of on poor quiality and quantity, the fridge broke ( and took them awhile to fix), remotes didn't work tv and AC, and not formal seating furniture. And while we could stay with everything else our Major issue was the beds, everyday we wake up with pain and body aches (it was our family holidays) we went to rest not to get injured. The host said that it was the most modern unit. Clearly it was not there are others in better conditions. We never received a refund for the bad conditions neither clear communication from the owner.
