La ubicación es muy buena, frente a la playa y cerca de restaurantes, super mercados y todo tipo de servicios. La cabina tiene cocina.

− La cocina y sala de estar no tenía ventana, por lo que es muy oscura.Algunos utensilios de cocina están muy viejos y no hay ni siquiera básicos como sal. El mantenimiento se podría mejorar, porque las instalaciones tienen mucho potencial.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and in an exceptional location, everything is within walking distance. The beach is very close, there’s a small soda right across the street, and even a bike rental spot next door, which made getting around super easy for the three of us. The space itself isn’t fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, which is exactly what we look for when visiting Puerto Viejo. The beds aren’t luxury level, but they’re still quite decent and perfectly fine for resting after a long day out. One small thing to note is that there aren’t blankets provided, so you might want to bring your own just in case. We also had a bit of trouble figuring out the shower at first… it’s not a big issue, just something that could be a little more straightforward. The hostess was incredibly warm and kind, which made the experience even better. Considering the price, this place is a great find. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

− Am letzten Abend wurden wir von Fledermäusen besucht. Die haben dort scheinbar ihre Jugend verbracht und kommen jetzt retour. Vermieterin war eher ratlos. Sie tun ja nichts, aber angenehm ist es nicht wenn 6 Fledermäuse aufgeschreckt durchs Zimmer flattern.

En realidad nada . Podría ser bonito si estuviese más cuidado y limpio. Necesita buena capa de chapa y pintura

- Ruime kamer. - Goede uitrusting keuken. - De eigenaar haalde een verse kokosnoot van de boom uit eigen tuin voor me. - Prima wifi

− - Vieze geur badkamer - Geen hor voor de ramen, waardoor snel beestjes binnen. - Ontzettend gehorig: je hoort andere gasten, lawaai van de straat en de continu geluiden van de eigenaars, vooral hun gesprekken en Duitse tv in de avond. - het is allemaal oud / versleten. - er is een tuin, maar daar mocht ik geen gebruik van maken, was voor de zoon/dochter die er ook woonde. - de patio is heel kaal, ongezellig, geen kussens, de eigenaar lag daar steeds in een hangmat. - er is geen balkon, enkel een soort galerij waar je buiten kunt zitten. - het lijkt meer een homestay dan zelfstandig appartement. Ik had me verheugd op een rustige plek, waar ik lekker buiten kon genieten, maar het lawaai van de drukke weg en gebrek aan goede zitplek maakte dat onmogelijk. Ik vond de prijs veel te hoog voor deze plek.
