A equipe é muito cordial e pronta para ajudar. Conseguimos resolver rapidamente as dificuldades impostas pelo conflito na Venezuela com o apoio da Ruth. As instalações são simples mas muito confortáveis e silenciosas. A imersão na natureza local, vegetação, pássaros, são um diferencial, fazendo do café da manhã uma experiência única Os porcos circulam pela propriedade e tambem sao um atrativo, e isso sem prejuízo da higiene ou segurança. Local próximo a restaurantes e as melhores praias de Curacao (< 10 min). É essencial ter um carro alugado e eles tem ótimas referências.

We stayed for 6 nights and overall had a very pleasant stay. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The checkin instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The bungalow was very clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare a proper meal. Although the bungalows are built 2 under 1 roof, each unit has its own pathway to the main entrance and due to the layout and surrounding trees there is a great sense of privacy. We could sit outside for hours or relax in the hammock and truly unwind. The tranquility of the park is one of its strongest points, with birds and iguanas in the trees and friendly pigs and cats roaming around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated that having visitors was allowed and the free coffee every morning at the reception was a nice bonus. The pool area was very nice and well maintained, just like the rest of the park. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is good, with safe parking inside the property. Having a car is absolutely necessary if you want to explore the island. Even though we did not request one, we liked that there was a wide variety of welcome packages available to order.

− The jacuzzi has been out of order for months, yet it is still promoted with photos, without any notice that it is unavailable until arrival. On their website it is stated that daily housekeeping is provided, but upon arrival we were told it is every 4 days. In reality, we only received fresh towels after 4 days, the used towels were left inside the bungalow, with no fresh bed linens during our stay. We also had to take out the trash ourselves and there were no garbage bags provided. Lastly, we could only use the rain shower because the switch to the handheld shower was broken and could not be repaired in the short term. Although we were initially dissatisfied with some of the shortcomings, as the days passed we truly grew to love the place. We hope that our feedback will be taken into account, so that guests have the experience they expect from the very beginning and can fully enjoy the entire duration of their stay.
