1.0The property is well located. It has multiple showers It has multiple beds But it was misrepresented and no recompense was given by the vendor, only a threat.
− Be aware that I had to provide a $500 surety against damage etc when collecting the key. This is in addition to the cleaning fee. I’d advise that you make detailed recordings, as we did, of the state of the property on arrival and departure to negate the behaviour I experienced which was to make false accusations on the state of the property on our group’s departure, when I approached the agent for a partial refund two weeks after departure. When we booked it was listed as having two sofa beds which were only sofas. Two of our party had to sleep on the floor. The rate was close to $1000 for one night. The washer and dryer are coin operated. There was washing in the washing machine and dishes in the dishwasher. My advice is to be on guard.

1.0The condos were clean, well kitted out.
− The listing said there would be 8 beds. There were 4. When we pointed this out to the manager, he came he gave us an "upgrade". Since we were coming back from an exhausting trip and he had taken a $400 deposit, we felt we were in no position to argue. It's scummy business practise and I would not stay again for this reason.
