Overall good. Lovely receptionist and manager gave me special internet password when internet crashed. Appreciated.

− Attention to detail missing. Asked for replacement bath mat on day 3. Never came. Patio outside apartment had lots of weeds.

7.0The staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and in a very convenient location.
− The chalet needs updating. The front of the dishwasher was missing and the backsplash above the kitchen counter was scorched and broken. The floors in the living room also need replacing/repair. It was liveable and didn't affect our enjoyment but it definitely needs some TLC.

El peor trato de Suiza
7.0El alojamiento está en una muy buena ubicación, aunque el pueblo es pequeño así que no hay malas ubicaciones, pero está bastante céntrico. Las vistas son buenas, el wifi funciona normalmente bien y con buena velocidad. Está totalmente equipada, el porche es algo muy positivo. El precio es algo caro, pero es Suiza. Delante tiene un supermercado y a escasos metros un Coop con mucha variedad
− He tenido el peor recibimiento que he tenido nunca en un alojamiento. Contacte con un empleado que trabajaba en recepción y le dije si podía hacer el checkin más tarde ya que tuve un problema de retrasos con el avión debido a una tormenta. El empleado me dijo que sin problemas que alguien me atendería al llegar. Y así fue, alguien me atendió, pero me dijo de muy malas maneras lo siguiente: usted sabe que esto no es un hotel 24h no? Que no puedes hacer el checkin cuando quieras. Yo le respondí lo anteriormente comentado y le dije que había hablado con un empleado y me dijo que no me creía, le enseñé los WhatsApps y me dijo que no podía ser así de impresentable, que no podía llegar cuando quisiera. Sinceramente, me arruinó la llegada, después de un día duro de viaje lo último que necesitaba era este trato. Luego he leído las reseñas en Google y muchos comentan que el trato es horroroso. Nada más que por esto, no recomiendo el sitio, estoy seguro de que Kandersteg tiene mucho más sitios donde poder quedarte y por un precio similar sin que te den un trato tan malo como este.
