− The apartment doesn't have any fan or air conditioners. It's not ideal to stay there during a strong summer. You can not open windows as near building construction and transport voices are too loud all the time. The downstairs neighbour is extremely loud. They used to start vacuuming around 6 a.m., and as the apartment is not a quiet apartment, you can hear them pretty loud. Keeping apartment balcony doors open means invitation to snails, flies, and cockroaches.
