7.0Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’appartement Panoramico. Le confort était au rendez-vous : on s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme dans un cocon. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et apporte une vraie sensation d’évasion. L’emplacement est magique, parfait pour profiter pleinement des environs et se ressourcer.
− le point très négatif concerne la gestion par Immomira au Tessin ainsi que l’agence allemande. Il a été pratiquement impossible de les joindre avant et pendant le séjour. Le manque de communication était tel que nous avons sincèrement douté jusqu’au dernier moment de la fiabilité de la réservation. Aucun suivi, aucun message pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien, et des contacts sur place inexistants ou peu fiables. Compte tenu du prix payé pour une semaine, ce manque total d’accompagnement est difficilement compréhensible et très décevant. C’est regrettable, car l’appartement en lui-même mérite bien mieux qu’une gestion aussi peu professionnelle.
