Location

− Through out all my years of traveling, I have never experienced such an unpleasant stay as the one I stayed in Vanessa Luxury Apartment Ground Floor B2 through Booking.com. We paid £745 which included €65 cleaning fee. But told before we leave that all (1. Please remove all rubbish and recycling from the property and place in the green bins. You will find these near to your complex or on the roadside) (2. Please wash up and put away (incl emptying dishwasher if one provided) all crockery, cutlery and cookware) (We thank you in advance for your cooperation in the above points. This is a private property and not part of a hotel group. Not that we would not tidy up before we leave, but what was the €65 for, to be honest if the previous rental had paid this then it was not used for the cleaning of the property. I do understand that we have different standards in cleaning and that we all clean differently, but we had to buy brilliant pads to clean the bars in the oven and clean the cutlery. Also bought two three pin adapters as a few were not working Worst of all was being out all day, then coming back to relax and there was no WiFi or tv, constantly losing connection and constant buffering. We had constant communication with Booking.com, Owner and 6113293628-cymu.bh9e.vfvm.c4uz@property.booking.com (which is a email address) for the Hotel Team !!! each one was told about us having issues with WiFi and tv. (all correspondence kept) The hotel team were willing to help us even although it was not in their agenda to do so, as we were told. Netcom was passed over our details, we were told that they would contact us, and that we could leave the apartment key in the key box if we were not available for the visit (we did not receive any communication from Netcom).

Die Anlage der pool, Wohnung war an sich schön und in einer guten Lage für uns mit dem Auto. Perfekt war der direkte Parkplatz

− Es war nicht sauber und unhygienisch, das Bett unbequem, es hat gemüffelt, die Klima war direkt über dem Bett und konnte somit Nachts nichts genutzt werden da sie einen direkt angepustet hat selbst auf sleepmodus.

Not the best accomodation but for the price was almost worth it.

Size of the room. Good facilities as kitchen and washing machine.

− AC was not working and had to urge host to fix it. Old and filthy sofas. Broken fence rail on balcony.
