Tutto sommato la location non sarebbe male se il proprietario si premurasse di precisare queste cose di cui sopra. Non p

Appartamento è spazioso e, anche se i mobili sono poco curati e un pochino fatiscenti, è molto pulito ed decoroso. Il il terrazzo e la vista sono spettacolari. La zona è bella.

− Non è specificato che l’alloggio è al secondo piano senza ascensore e questo causa non pochi problemi se uno ha molti bagagli. Si parla di una piscina ma anche questa al quarto piano senza ascensore. L’alloggio viene dichiarato con l’aria condizionata ma in realtà c’è solo un pinguino nel salone e in camera da letto si muore di caldo.

Standort und Aussicht sehr gut.

− Die Wohnung war voller Würmer an der Decke. Wir haben den Besitzer informiert, jedoch gab es keine grosse Reaktion. Er meinte lediglich, dass ihnen das Problem bereits bekannt sei.
