Apartment well equipped. Comfortable.

− Air con not working in main room. Cleaning not great sofa throws not put nice. Apartment was not ready for our check in time.

5th stay at this particular apartment and booked for next year. It’s got everything we need as a family as 4 and is in a great location - the complex has never been overcrowded when we have been so it’s always been lovely and quiet and we have often had the pool to ourselves .

Check-In super einfach mittels locker Aufzug in die 2. Etage vorhanden Privater Parkplatz überdacht vorhanden (direkt am Haus, mit Schranke getrennt) Großer Balkon mit Wäscheständer und Sitzmöbeln Ca. 5 min vom nächsten großen Supermarkt entfernt Ca. 10 min vom nächsten Strand entfernt

− Sehr hellhörig Sofa sag sehr mitgenommen und schmuddelig aus Ausblick vom Balkon in Richtung unbebautem Nachbargrundstück

This was our 3rd stay in this apartment (the previous stay was over 5 years ago) and it still lived up to our expectations. The location is spot on (if you have a car). Less than 10 mins to Corallia Beach and Phillipos Supermarket, but also with nearby shops and bars/restaurants in Peyia. The decor and layout were spot on . The ceiling fans in the bedroom were a great addition at night. We loved eating on the balcony every afternoon with the mountains providing a gorgeous backdrop . The kids loved the (clean) pool. It’s a real bonus the apartment has covered car park . We’ve already booked to return in 2025

− The only issues we had were : we didn’t put the air con on in the master bedroom throughout our stay as the unit dripped water constantly onto the wall/bed - even with the temp upto 26’. The washing machine was also temperamental to lock . Once I worked out the lock needed a gentle nudge I had no further issues bar 1 day when the property management company turned off the water supply to the apartment by mistake! Luckily I came across a workman doing work on another apartment with the same issue and he rectified it straight away. . Neither of these issues blighted our holiday but I thought they were worth mentioning in case anyone else has similar issues

It was in a lovely location not far from the coral bay strip by car. Lovely view of the mountains from the balcony and pool side. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely big pool area. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

− Aircon was dripping if put on a lower temperature.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, it was very well equipped, the pool area was great
