10.0Es war alles wie es nicht besser sein könnte. Super Lage, ein Katzensprung zum See hinunter, Lebensmittel, Bäckerei, Apotheke in 2 Minutrn Entfernung, bestens eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique séjour à Lausanne
10.0Tout ! * La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires (qui sont sur place)... Les petites attentions dans le réfrigérateur et les placards de la cuisine !.. * Le logement : en étage (avec ascenseur), spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, et ne garde pas la chaleur quand il fait chaud dehors (nous n'avons pas eu à utiliser le ventilo). Jolies vues : côté Lac et côté jardins! Tout petit balcon adorable, accessible seulement depuis la chambre. * L'emplacement : TOP. Quartier très agréable, super calme et bien desservi par le métro, les bus, la Gare à qq minutes. Attention , Lausanne est sur une colline, fatalement si vous descendez, vous devrez remonter, et ça grimpe bien!... Commerces à proximité dont 2 supermarchés. * Nombreuses activités possibles : belles promenades le long du lac; piscines et spots de baignades tout près ! Une jolie forêt à qq km (Bois de Chenaulaz), accessible en bus. Musées, expo, à côté de la Gare (Plateforme 10)... Le logement est bien documenté en brochures touristiques. Bref, j'ai adoré ce séjour, à tout point de vue!
− Rien! Juste pour info : la machine à laver se trouve au rez-de-chaussée (lire la notice mise à disposition !).. Les transports à Lausanne sont onéreux ! Mais ça ce n'est pas imputable aux propriétaires.

10.0הדירה נוחה מאד וכוללת כל מה שצריך. המיקום שלה מצויין, והיא כוללת חנייה צמודה. המארחים אדיבים ביותר ונענו מיידית לכל בקשה שלנו במאור פנים. אין ספק שכאשר נחזור ללוזאן נזמין שוב את הדירה הזאת.

An ideal and comfortable location for a stay in Lausanne, handy for the city, station and lake
10.0The apartment was in an ideal location, a smart area of Lausanne called Grancy, situated between the station and the lake. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were responsive but we did not need to contact them because everything worked and there were no problems. We would stay here again without hesitation.
− The apartment was furnished in quite an old fashioned way, but this is NOT a negative as we found that this added to its charm.
