1.0− das Appartement war in generell schlechtem Zusand, schlecht unterhalten, schmuddelig. Siehe Fotos. Der Zustand des Appartements wurde bereits in früheren Kommentaren als unzureichend beschrieben. In der Zwischenzeit hat sich nix verändert, keine Reparaturen, nicht gründlich geputzt.
