Magnificent two bedroom apartment in a luxury building♡

Good, comfortable apartment in a location close to the Geneva lake and the Cornavin station.

Location was good and met most of our needs. It was comfortble and clean.

− We informed on the first day that the pannels of the window blinds were detached leaving spaces facing the outside apartments which had a direct view into both the bedroom and bathroom. This was not fixed during our stay.

Location

− By far was one the worst stays i had. I travel a lot all over the wrold. Place were dirty than hotels in india. the most dirty and noisy place you cannot walk in it. Coffee machine was full of dirt n not working. No blind curtains in one room and other rooms the curtains are not working Full of mosquito Not safe for children cupboard are not screwed to the wall Very warm and chair are falling apart to the point destroyed my pants check the photos

Misrable stay.

In my whole life in traveling -i am an airline enginer- i have NEVER encountered such misrable situation. Though it was a non refundable booking, I left the unit after couple of minutes on checking in. The smells like a butcher shop - it was my young daughter- actually the unit is NOT GOOD AT ALL. The unit wasn’t ready when we arrived ! We had-after a long international flight- to wait outside in the street with our luggage. They wouldn’t even let us inside the building as they claim that they asked me to pay a security deposit- which only appeared in my inbox the day of our arrival -we were in an international flight and last thing to check is messaging 😏. My wife, my 15 years old daughter and myself had to stay about 2 hours to get the combination to access the building but still wouldn’t work and took another half an hour to open - they were wasting time because they lady was still cleaning/ maybe uncleaning 🤨 the unit. Finally, after about three hours we got in but left immediately after using the bathroom and booked an adjacent hotel. Mentioning to her bath rooms; they say TWO actually it’s one but divided into two; one for shower only and the other for “ nature call” only. I took me a lot of time to write this comment as I don’t want anybody to face what I had. Finally, I wrote in brief with sincerity and it’s up to YOU to decide if you want to deal with this poor company b
