Très bon séjour ! Le propriétaire a pris le temps de me présenter les lieux et s’est montré très lieux. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, pratique et bien agencé.

Tolle Ferienwoche. Es war sehr ruhig. Alles blitzsauber.

Die Lage war super. Man kann zu Fuss nach Locarno laufen. Jede Kleinigkeit war im Badezimmer vorhanden. Alles ist neu. Balkonmöbel vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Lift war natürlich auch sehr gut.

− Die Abwaschmaschine fehlte mir. Aber sonst war alles perfekt.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen (Lage+Ausstattung).

Die Lage des Appartemets ist toll: 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof von Locarno (wo neben den Zügen auch alle Nachverkehrsbusse abfahren), trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon geht auf einen gepflegten Garten raus und nur eine kleine ruhige Strasse führt zum Haus. Auch das Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss war sehr gepflegt und toll! In 10Min-Fußweg-Abstand waren drei Supermärkte (COOP, Migros und Denner) zu finden, wo man alles kaufen kann, was man so braucht. Franco, der Vermieter, war nett und zuvorkommend und hat auf uns gewartet, um uns den Schlüssel zu übergeben.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr netter Empfang, super Ausstattung der Wohnung, ist ruhig und zentral gelegen.

Von Ankunft bis zur Abreise alles unkompliziert und sehr freundliche Abwicklung. Eigener sicherer Stellplatz in der grossen dazugehörigen Garage. Moderne und sehr saubere, super ausgestattete Wohnung. So kann man seinen Urlaub geniessen. Dass man hier gut selbst kochen kann, entlastet die Urlaubskasse. Essen gehen ist in Locarno schon sehr teuer. Der Pool!

− Die Küchenzeile ist zu klein für eine Spülmaschine, also wie früher...alles per Hand spülen und abtrocknen. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Keine Seenähe, 10-15 Min. Fussweg zum See und Bahnhof / bzw. Innenstadt. Rückweg....Bergauf....
