Health Hazard: Unsanitary Conditions Throughout
1.0I must warn other guests about serious issues at this property. Booking recommended it via the Genius feature, and I selected it specifically for the listed hot tub amenity due to severe weather conditions—but the property does not have a hot tub. The building's access rules forced my 4-year-old daughter and me out into the storm to reach the entrance, and we waited 10 minutes for building access. When I notified the host on day one that we couldn't occupy the room due to my daughter's health needs, I was charged 50% of that night's fee. Most critically, the property's hygiene is unsuitable for any guest, especially families. The bathroom is heavily mold-contaminated across all fixtures—soap dispenser, shower cable, bathtub with visible grease residue. All kitchen utensils retained food residue, and the kettle was so heavily scaled I had to buy descaling product during the storm to use it. Bedding lacked cleanliness. These conditions pose genuine health risks and fall far below acceptable standards. Do not book this property
