1.0Locatie is dicht bij het centrum.
− De vloer en meubels waren totaal versleten. De sofa was te vuil en kapot om op te zitten. Het was er niet schoon. Afwas van eerdere gebruikers stond nog op het aanrecht. De airco stonk verschrikkelijk en was met plakband aan het raam geplakt. De werkelijkheid kwam totaal niet overeen met de foto’s op booking.com. Ik voel me opgelicht.
BEDBUGS!!!!! DIDNT EVEN STAY FOR ONE NIGHT OUT OF OUR TWO NIGHTS RESERVATION
2.0− We booked this place for two nights, but we didn’t even make it through the first one. As soon as we arrived, we could tell from the smell that it wasn’t a clean environment. At first, we overlooked it since we were only planning to sleep there. But when it was time for bed, we discovered blood on the sheets and, even worse, bedbugs. We also found a really dirty towel with a brown substance in it... We had to leave in the middle of the night to find a hotel and inspect all of our belongings. We tried calling the owner multiple times, but she either ignored our calls or sent us straight to voicemail. We only got a response after calling from a different phone number. She refused to refund us and didn’t even apologize for the situation or the inconvenience. After reading the other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. You’d think something would have been done by now. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this place.

− We do not recommend for renting. The property is in a very poor condition. The windows are dirty. The mold is in the bathroom. The windows are dirty. The mold is in the bathroom. The apartment stinks. There is garbage under the beds. The floor and walls are cracked. The portable A/C is noisy and only available in living room.
We came up to Ottawa for a weekend trip and stayed here and had a nice time.
7.0It was a very nice inside. It was also located in a good spot. The tenant was very lovely and was there whenever I needed something. She always answered quick and efficiently.
− The kitchen sink had a bad smell which lingered through the apartment but upon telling the tenant she was very apologetic and sweet about it. She apologized for it and was very sincere.
