Skvělé umístění blízko lázeňských domů a lázeňského Aquacentra Agricola. Stanice Skibus na Klínovec před domem. Blízká dostupnost nákupu JIP, Lázeňské oplatky, Italské lahůdky, Kavárna. Vyhrazené místo pro parkování v ceně ubytování.
