9.0Die Lage ausserhalb Arosa hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit der Bushaltestelle die in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war, konnten problemlos jeden Ort in Arosa erreichen. Die Betten waren tadellos und bequem. Die Wohnung ist klein aber gemütlich.
− Die Inventar ist z.T. in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht mehr alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Griff an Schublade hielt nicht richtig. Licht beim Bett funktionierte nicht.
