Great condo, Vacasa ruined our experience

− Vacasa property managers were horrible to communicate with and gave us terrible service
We had amazing time at Oceanica with our family. Aside from the small inconveniences, it was a perfect spot for!
8.0The location was perfect. Amazing views and patio. Plenty of space for family of four. Pool was perfect after long days at the beach.
− Water never got hot, we got used to cool showers. The dryer doesn’t have a lint filter, runs very loud and doesn’t really want to dry the clothes. None of the lamps had working light bulbs. The toilet runs constantly in the 2nd bath unless you manually fix it after use. The pots and pans need to be replaced, teflon peeling on them all.
If the water heater were fixed I would stay here again. But not as it is now.
5.0The condo has great views! The location is excellent.
− The water heater is broken and apparently needs replaced. Maintenance came twice but was not able to fix it. Having cold showers for 10 days was a bummer.
