10.0Although we couldn’t stay in the booked apartment because of unexpected renovations, the host handled everything very professionally. He quickly offered us a full refund, but even more importantly, he arranged alternative accommodation in a nearby hotel with breakfast, just in time for our trip. We are very grateful for his effort and responsibility. A serious and reliable host!

9.0- the host is very nice, on time to give a key, helpful if needed, - apartment exactly as on photos, basic kitchen equipment if you wanna or need to cook, very comfortable bed, - location in the city centre couldn't be better, - even the central location on a main boulevard, it's quiet area by the night as it's not a big city.
− Neighbours next doors. Was not that bad to go to knock on their doors for me (otherwise I'd do that), but someone could complain they are lound which of course is not possible to manage by over of this apartment.
