9.0Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat mir sogar noch zwei Kannen mit gefiltert Wasser gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, ist groß und sauber. Es gibt elektrische Rolläden zum abdunkeln, was vorallem bei warmem Wetter super ist. Das Bad war sehr schön. Man läuft etwa 10 min zu einem Supermarkt und 20 min in die Innenstadt. Ich kann dem Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

10.0Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, man kann kochen und Wäsche waschen. Mein Geschäftspartner aus China hat einen Monat darin gewohnt und war sehr zufrieden.
