The apartment is located on the ground and first floor, above the restaurant that is also owned by the hosts, on the banks of the Moselle river. It is clean and well-maintained. Because of the warm weather, we have spent most of the time outside, but the living room is large enough to spend long evenings. Neumagen is a small village, but there are a few restaurants and cafes on the river bank and lots of hiking trails in the immediate surrounding. It has great bus connections to other towns too.

− The restaurant does not cause any noise at all, but with the windows open, traffic can be heard in the morning, as people start working on the land early. Of course, this is part of the charm of this otherwise quiet agricultural town. Also, it took a few days to cool down the house after that extremely hot week in June.

− Le chauffage de la cuisine est inefficace. Nous avions déjà rencontré le problème l'année dernière à la même période et en avions fait part à notre hôte qui avait reconnu le problème mais rien n’a évolué
