Poměr cena a kvalita asi ok.
7.0Skromnější snídaně ve které asi nic úplně nechybělo, ale rozpustná káva z termosky je za mě průšvih v dnešní době. Slečna, která stála za barem se držela striktně pokynů že kafe na baru z presovače až od 11 hodin . Takže tady palec dolů.

10.0The location was amazing, in the Karkonosze National Park - fresh air, singing birds outside. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Plenty of parking space.
− Wifi was not perfect in the apartment, but we didn't use it a lot.

10.0Hezké ubytování v klidné lokalitě Krkonoš. Pro někoho až bokem od večerního života.Restaurace prima, jídlo velmi dobré, snídaně taky v pohodě, velký výběr.
− Vše v pohodě, jen je pro vjezd autem potřeba vyřídit povolení KRNAPu. Což není extra problém.
Miejsce ok warte polecenia, pan z obsługi baru nie powinien mieć kontaktu z klientami.
8.0Lokalizacja ok, pokoje czyste i wygodne choć kuchenka elektryczna znajdująca się na wyposażeniu miała jeden nie działający palnik. W restauracji dostępne jedzenie i napoje.
− Dość niemiła obsługa recepcji i baru, Pan obsługujący wykazywał wyraźnie nieprzyjazne nastawienie, niechęć obsługi jak również przekazywania czytelnych informacji np. o zagrożeniu spadającym śniegiem z dachu. Zamiast cofnąć naszą grupę która wyszła na zewnątrz nie zauważywszy małej kartki na szybie mówiącej o tym fakcie, zamknął za nami drzwi o odszedł. Wyjście w takich sytuacjach powinno być zamknięte a informacja o zagrożeniu bardziej czytelna o empatii obsługi nie wspominając.

10.0Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, mimo bariery językowej uzyskałam przed przyjazdem odpowiedzi na wszystkie moje pytania dotyczące wyposażenia, i drogi do obiektu. lokalizacja apartamentu - super, nie było rano stresu czy się zmieścimy do skibusa czy nie - mielismy podwózkę skuterem spod samego obiektu; wracaliśmy na miejsce na nartach. Dodatkowo pojazdy, którymi zdarzyło nam się przemieszczać, były dla dzieci dodatkową atrakcją : )

9.0Nádherný apartmán, personál byl skvělý, byli ochotný vyjít vstříc se spoustou věcí. Poloha Cihlářky je dokonalá, jak pro běžky, sjezdovky, tak na turistiku. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.
