7.0Alles sehr sauber, guter und schneller Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Schöner Ausblick, ruhige Lage. Professioneller Umgang in allen Bereichen. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte förmlich an nichts. Zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht von möglicherweise perfekten Wohnraumtemperaturen abhängig ist. Nähe zu HH ist auch völlig ok, dafür wohnt man ohne Lärm und im Grünen.
− In der Beschreibung hieß es lediglich Heizung. Diese konnte aber nicht vom Gast, sondern nur vom Gastgeber eingestellt werden. Leider habe ich das erst vor Ort erfahren und es war in der ersten Nacht für uns viel zu warm. Auch nach Hinweis darauf am ersten Tag war es nachts über 21 Grad, obwohl ich um Einstellung auf 18 Grad gebeten hatte. Sicherlich dauert es bei einer Fußbodenheizung eben länger, bis diese wieder auskühlt. Das kann aber nicht auf den Mieter zurück fallen. Und wir hätten deswegen ja mehrfach mit dem Vermieter kommunizieren müssen. Im Bad will man es früh warm haben, im Wohnraum ggf. weniger. Ob überhaupt die Räume getrennt regelbar sind, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. In der zweiten Nacht wurden 20,5 Grad erreicht.
