9.0Eine tolle Ferienwohnung- sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so weit vom Strand, und Strandkorb gehört schon dazu. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Winter in Zempin
8.0Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Den Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage haben wir als sehr positiv empfunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief über Schlüsselkasten, der Kontakt zum Verwalter lief über Mails und war sehr informativ und nett.
− Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke von der viel befahrenen Bundesstraße direkt vor der Tür.
Einfach schön 🤩
8.0Besonders gut war die Nähe zum Strand, die Tiefgarage und die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung.
− Mit dem Blick und dem Balkon in Richtung Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel ist die Nutzung des Balkons nicht wirklich machbar, sowie das Öffnen der Fenster unangenehm laut.

5.0− Die Balkonstühle waren nicht nutzbar, komplett defekt .Der Stoff war von beiden Stühlen gerissen was sehr schade war, ansonsten war alles okay.
