„Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon, aber großes Badezimmerproblem“
9.0Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Austattung. Toller Balkon. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man mitbringen, ist ok.
− Das Badezimmer. Klammer feuchter Geruch. Die Zimmerdecke verschimmelt. Wir haben partout nichts gegen alte Fliesen oder ähnliches, aber manche Fliesenfugen sind so alt, dass Gerüche sich festsetzen. Als wir das Badezimmerproblem ansprachen, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Badezimmer im Herbst saniert wird. Handseife und Spüli könnte man bei dem Preis wirklich stellen. Und falls man Angst vor Diebstahl hat, es gibt schöne und feste Wandhalterungen.
