10.0Spacious and clean apartment, close to public transport in a quite neighbourhood. The availability of heaters, shutters and comfortable bed made the stay very relaxing and cosy.
− No shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. (Maybe it was mentioned during booking and I didn’t see!) There is a convenience store a 7min walk away, so not a big issue!

9.0The apartment was very large and very tastefully designed. We loved the facilities in the ZEN apartment.
− It was not very clean - there were some stains in the bathroom. They also provided only 1 towel for 3 people.

8.0The apartment is gigantic and has (almost) everything you could need. The bathroom and living room is great in every sense of the word.. Would go there again.
− A French press is not a coffee machine... The dishwasher smelled like sth died in there.
